This implementation is carried out progressively by a mixed staff, constituted by not only the Volartec personnel but also our customer 's company personnel. 

Volartec has a team of well-qualified process and system analysts as well as engineers specialized in maintenance and aeronautical operations.  

Next, we detail the tasks involved in the implementation projects that we successfully implemented in our customer’s companies.

• Customized tasks 

As the result of the execution of this type of tasks, we hope to define an Operation’s model that precisely establishes and defines an organizational framework which guaratees the effectiveness of SI/TI solution. During this stage we identify, analyze and validate organizational, technical and operative aspects such as business processes, procedures, regular practices, technical infrastructure etc.

• Implant tasks

This kind of tasks belongs to the physical system installation; that is to say, its nstallation, configuration and start overhaul, tests etc.  

• Migration tasks

Through the migration tasks, data from other informatics systems also used by the organization will be on a massive way introduced to Alkym / Management and Control System for Aircraft Maintenance.

• Training tasks

As part of the training tasks, we will first elaborate a customized training plan according to the customer’s needs and in agreement with Volartec.

Therefore, the plan will be executed through the dictation of the pre-set courses in order to reach an effective and complete system operation.

• Starting support tasks.

After setting Alkym / Management and Control System for Aircraft Maintenance in a production environment, the starting support tasks will guarantee a fast adaptation of the personnel to the system and an effective catch of eventual requirements.

• Close

The objective of this stage achieves the administrative and operative project closing. After the closing, we will continue paying attention and support to all the operation needs and requirements of our customers through the Support Service provided by Volartec.
